Allow Special Dates Registry entry
Specifies that a user / group can enter a special (non-standard) date in a date field.
Note: Only for use by the Vital Statistics Agency, Manitoba.
Each Vital Records Office can define its own special dates, essentially allowing a user / group to save a record with a non-standard date in a date field. In the case of Manitoba, some date fields require a full date to be entered in order to be valid, e.g. 01/01/2011. If the day or month are unknown, this entry allows a user / group to substitute the day and month with 99 respectively, e.g. 99/99/2011.
Note:
Both the day and month must be substituted with 99 respectively, even if one of the values is known, i.e. a value of 01/99/2011 is not acceptable.
