Back Fill Event Details Registry entry
Specifies whether to populate Event Details fields in a POS record with details from an attached registrations record or to retain the details as they were keyed into the Event Details fields.
Vital Records Offices can choose how to process POS transactions. Some choose to record exactly the data that was recorded on an application form, while others choose to have the correct details (which may or may not be what was on the application form) recorded with the transaction to make subsequent querying for transactions a little easier. This entry is used to determine what should happen to the data recorded in the Event Details fields when a registration record is attached to a POS record.
