Specifies which columns in a registration module are queried with the values entered into the POS Event Details fields depending on the product ordered.
DescriptionEach product ordered through POS is associated with one or more modules. When a product is ordered, the operator enters details in the Event Details fields in POS and the POS system generates a query to find a matching registration. For example, when a Birth Certificates is ordered, a query is run in the Births module. This entry specifies which columns in a registration module are queried with the values entered into the POS Event Details fields depending on the product ordered.

Event Field | is a POS Event Field, e.g. Date Of Event, First Names, Place Of Event, Surname and Registration Number. If the overnight POS linking process is being run, an additional entry is valid: Registration Date. |
