Refund Text Registry entry

Specifies a reason for a refund and the text to be used when a refund is issued.

Note: Only for use by the Queensland Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages.

Usage

This Registry entry is assigned to groups:

where:

Reason	is the reason for the refund. When a user selects this Reason, text is added to a field for editing prior to the refund being processed.
text	is the text to be printed with the refund cheque.

This entry gives the start of text to be used when a refund is to be given for an application for someone who was born interstate:
