Certificate Fields Registry entry
Specifies a list of fields which must be complete if a registration record (which has previously been given a Status of Complete) is modified and saved. This ensures that no mandatory certificate data is inadvertently lost when a completed registration record is modified.
When a registration record has been completed there is a risk that mandatory data could be lost inadvertently if the record is subsequently modified. The Certificate Fields Registry entry specifies a list of fields which must contain data in order for a record with a Status of Complete to be saved after it has been modified.
